I got this program so I could sync it with my Google Calender to have easy access on my PC. This WILL NOT sync with the Google Calender or with my Contacts as it says it will. I sent an email to Tech Support about it and it seems they don’t care as I never received a reply from them. Waste of my money and time. Would not even give one star but had to so I could review this.

I will gladly update my review if tech support ever replies. Their acknowledgement states they will respond within 48 hours. We are up to 72 hours and I’ve sent a reminder, still no word from them. So what’s the issue?
You would think by version 14 they would have label printing down to a pretty simple procedure. They even nicely include premade layouts for Avery labels. But if you want to change “their” concept of how and what data is shown, forget it. To use the address labels, you are forced to have lastname, firstname. So labels look like: Smith, Mr. John. Real nice personal touch for greeting cards. Thought I would outsmart the software and reverse the text fields, but wait – the comma is embedded in their layout – so it becomes: John, Smith. There is no way to change it and no way to build your own layout from scratch.
Furthermore, it synced just fine to google calendar the first day. Ever since, I either get some kind of invalid field violation or missing translator. And I’ve done nothing to the software or the computer since it was installed.
Conclusion – wait for them to acknowledge their issues or find some alternate. Hard to believe the choices for this type of critical software are so few and far between…

Overall, the product is excellent. I’ve used Anytime Organizer products for nearly 4 years now and I believe they are most easy, user-friendly day calendar/organizer products on the market. The best part is the program is very easy to navigate around, with very simple displays for day of the week, week, month, and year. Events and To-Do items can be very easily moved from day to day with no problem. A great quality is that the To-Do items can be prioritized, with 35 categories from 1-9 then A-Z, and with 35 sub-priorities, which means you can assign about a thousand total priority levels to your tasks. I believe that is great to help keep you working on your hghest priorities throughout the day.
Anytime Organizer has two negatives. One, the import/export features are limited, and not well explained in the User Manual. It is difficult to import or export from other calendar software, such as Microsoft Outlook. The other negative is that sadly, the manufacturers customer assistance and software help is poor to non-existent. That is the one part of this software that I would grade close to an F. Although the software itself is easy to use, don’t count on any useful help from the manufacturer once you buy it.
