Elements 10 is a nice update after years of using Premier Pro 1.5. The interface is nicer and there was not much learning curve to get up to speed. My simple projects don’t require the extra horse power of the more expensive versions, so for me this was a good buy for my new Windoze 7 PC.

Elements 10 works as advertised but I would not suggest it for a complete newbie unless are prepared to learn about video processing software. Once you have a good handle on its capabilities though, Elements 10 is a full featured video editing solution.
