WARNING!!!! What is not written in the product description that is very deceiving is that once you download the program, you will need to register with and prove to Adobe that you are a student/teacher. This is a process that can take up to a month! Also not written are the guidelines of what Adobe accepts to prove you are a student / teacher. Again, deception. Not to mention that the product says you can instantly use the program…WRONG! If you have already used the trial version, as I had, you cannot use the program till you get a serial number…which again, is no guarantee that Adobe will give it! Your school needs to be an approved school! And of course, no refunds are available with Amazon software, so if you buy this..you are taking a risk that you are throwing money away for a product you may never use!

I purchased this Adobe product as a download from Amazon.com. I was out of town in a hotel with some free time and wanted to purchase Dreamweaver to get acquainted with it in my free time. I had problems with the download and wanted a refund the following week. The product was never downloaded nor of course installed.
If you buy Adobe products from Amazon you have to go to Adobe to get a refund. If you don’t have the product serial number you can’t get a refund because you can’t fill out the form for the refund. Of course if you download the software you do not have a serial number.
Adobe customer support is available online from India or other location. After 5 tries to get my refund explaining I had no serial number because I did not download they finally told me that they would not refund my money because I did not answer their questions.
I tried to explain this to Amazon.com thru their web interface and got no answer. Now my wife (who has more time than I do) has to call Amazon and tell them we are going to have AMEX reverse the charges because we never received the product and therefore do not have to pay (per Amex policy.) This wastes more time.
Don’t buy Adobe thru Amazon.com
I buy almost everything for my household and business thru Amazon. This is the only problem I’ve had in over 10 years buying from Amazon.com
