I bought two of these for my 19 year old twins for Christmas…it was the only thing they wanted. I placed the order late Thanksgiving night before we went out shopping at midnight. The shipping was very fast…I received the items by the following Tuesday. I didn’t do anything with them until my kids opened them on Christmas day. Well, my kids were thrilled and started using them immediately and it was one issue after the other. The touch screen was awful…touch one thing and something totally different would happen, it was slow as molasses, couldn’t download items, screen is blurry, camera is really bad, etc. My kids tried to pretend it was ok but you could see the disappointment in their faces. I contacted the seller today to get return labels and I hope and pray that I will get a full refund. Once the seller contacts me I will rate how they handle returns. I like Amazon and have bought many items from them (however this is my first review) and I hope this doesn’t negatively affect my opinion of this website. Keep your fingers crossed for a non eventful return!

Tablet looked great and seemed fine at first until you start using it….Doesnt seem to know what way is up so it flips upside down alot,locked up twice and had to press the reset,the recharging point is very very small and takes forever to charge up fully..Also you really have to press down to get the apps to work and to top it all off the charger broke when one of the out prongs fell out and remained wedged in my outlet on the wall…So you get what you pay for!!
