   I already had Norton, which was about to expire so I downloaded this (though I was worried because of all the bad reviews). I thought it didn’t work at first because it still said I had 1 day remaining. I tried uninstalling, and reinstalling Norton, but the old subscription was still active (for 1 more day). Then I tried this:

   All you have to do is open Norton (click on the icon) and click on Renew. Then click on I HAVE A PRODUCT KEY TO ENTER. Enter the product key and you’re set for another year.

   I didn’t give it 5 stars just because instructions were not provided with the download. Otherwise, everything looks fine.

   Don’t listen to the other guy. All you have to do is enter your product key (write it down before you install the program) and bam, you’ll be protected for 366 days. Screencap is in my comment below.

   The user who complained that this is a trial needs to locate his product key. It can be found in the order history, under software library.
